Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit. We'll pay the return shipping if it is a result of our error.
How to Return
To start a return, contact us at ShopBlakeLane@outlook.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions on how to move forward with your return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the email associated with the purchase in the form of store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- New with tag items with the following flaws:
-Perfume/Cigarette Scents
-Deodorant markings/Any Stains
-Tagged items that appear used, damaged, or have any signs of wear
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and you will be granted store credit to purchase a new order.(please note that certain sizes or colors may not be in stock at the time you place a new order)
